Message from our Co-President
The Co-Presidents of Northgate González Market share how their associates in 41 stores across Southern California are working hard to remain a trusted partner during these uncertain times. Associates are making big sacrifices to ensure stores are clean and sanitized and shelves are stocked and restocked as quickly as possible. We see all of you an extension of our family. And, like family, we want to keep everyone safe and healthy. We are grateful you have chosen Northgate Gonzalez Market as your trusted source for all your food and grocery item needs.Learn more.

Mask Requirement Update
Given the recent recommendation of the CDC for the public to wear masks when not at home, along with new mandates and regulations in various communities in Southern California, we will require masks at all Northgate Market stores beginning Monday, April 13, 2020.
Effective Monday, April 13, for the safety of our associates and customers, Northgate Market will require a facial covering for entry into the store. This includes associates, all shoppers, and vendors. We request that our valued customers shop with no more than one additional family member (total of 2) and maintain a distance of six feet from other shoppers.
Here’s another safety measure we’re applying to take care of everyone’s health. We are providing non-reusable bags as a temporary solution to get us through this pandemic.
If you would like to bring your own bag, please leave inside of shopping cart and we ask that you bag your own groceries. If not we will be happy to bag your groceries with our plastic bags.
Product Assortment & Limits
Product Assortment: During your weekly shopping trip, you may notice a reduced assortment across several departments in our stores and online. Thank you for your patience as we continue to navigate through this, and we look forward to returning to our full breadth of products soon.
Limits: To help ensure we can serve the immediate needs of our customers, and minimize out-of-stock items, we currently have purchase limits on certain products.
