1. Bring water to boil in a pot. Add hawthornes, sugarcane, pears, guavas and apples. Bring to a boil again.
2. Add piloncillo, cinnamon and prunes alongside the orange peel, cloves, hibiscus flowers and tamarind; cook for 5 more minutes and let stand.
3. Stir in tequila to taste. Serve and enjoy
